Color coded

Color coded

They have been reorganizing the shelves in the foreign languages branch of the Central Library. A bit of surprise, if one walks in fast and beelines to the shelves with English language books and finds herself in front of books in Russian.

But I found the color coding of languages amusing.

Translation for those who do not speak Estonian: “Spanish – yellow; Dutch – gray; English – orange; Italian – light green; Latin – light pink; French – dark pink; Swedish – blue; German – red; Finnish – light yellow; other languages – green; Russian – white”
